Originally painted in akumal, Mexico, this piece depicts the rise of the local sea turtles after they’d almost been wiped out by man’s destruction of their environment by building hotels and tourist attractions. This piece was warmly welcomed by the locals who gave Qube3 a sacred type of shell as a thank you for his artwork. The piece is still up over five years later.
