Hacienda sweeper

This print depicts the hacienda dance floor at the end of the night. What’s left behind after another wild night of dancing. The lemon is decaying, this was the logo for the famous Manchester band, the stone roses.
The smiley acid face, an image that defined the rave era and Manchester music. The security tape which defined the hacienda’s graphic design and was wrapped around the pillars in the club combined with the legendary Mitsubishi pills which any old raver will remember. All surrounded by Qubeks iconic chains which represent Manchester in so many ways from the Industrial Revolution to the strength of its community.
